Gorgeous handlebar pinch bolt and nut for quill stems! Unknown make, but its really a step above most stock stem bolts aside from something like a Chater Lea. Its fully chromed and has a lightening hole drilled all the way through its center. The taper to the hole on the bolt side is painted yellow. Great upgrade or replacement for your quill stem from the pre-war era, 1950's, and 1960's such as Cinelli Mod #1, Phillips, GB / Belleri, Milremo, 3ttt Record, Titan Lux... Be sure to measure carefully!
Condition
This one looks close to mint with a tiny bit of patina. It is insignificantly bent so slightly that I didn't notice it until looking at the photos. Its been tested in a stem and you can't even notice it when installing.
