~1960's or 1970's saddlebag, intended for touring. Made in USA, likely in Chicago by Schwinn themselves. Great for your vintage Schwinn Traveler, Varsity, Superior, Paramount Touring, etc. Material is black faux leather (vinyl)
Condition
Near mint lightly used shape. Vinyl is very clean with no significant wear to note. Front strap has some white marks but seems in good shape. Lower (seatpost) strap in lovely shape. You'll have to provide your own bag loop straps, any leather, plastic, cloth, etc straps will do just fine. Show bike worthy
