Product Description
Rare set of early NR levers, quickly identified by the round hole on the back of the blades vs the later (and MUCH more common) lever's "U" shaped opening and unanodized bodies. The lever blade is also slightly different, with a bit more bend and longer reach. The logo starts almost at the tip top of the lever blades. These were produced from 1968 to 1973 or so. They're the only period correct levers for the "No Record" brakes.
Condition
Excellent lightly used shape. The original gum hoods are supple and useable. They are not sticky or deteriorating, though there are small sections of cracking starting on the sides and tips. Lever blades have a smattering of mostly pen-point sized marks and a couple light scratches but no real scraping/scuffing. These are clean enough for many show bikes!
