Product Description
Designed by Charlie Cunningham, these "cantilever" brakes were the first mountain bike brakes to use linear pull springs. They paved the way for the v-brake to take over the market. Charlie made relatively few of these, and then passed the rough design on to Tektro who made a production version (which was not nearly as nice). Rather rare, and extremely hard to find this nice with original pads.
Condition
Pristine and mint! Very close to NOS, and it's possible they were a take-off. Barely a scratch anywhere. Original pads look unused. Straddle cables are a bit dirty but in good shape. Some light wear to the anodizing on the "hooks" at the end of the straddle cables.
