Product Description
The 963 C is an upgraded Pro version of the much more common VAR 33 cutter. It has an upgraded handle system. Used to accurately mill the fork crown/steer tube junction for fitting the bottom headset bearing race. It's tension nuts/springs can be used for steerer threading with a different cutter. Study description and photos closely, you'll note this does not include 1" cutters.

Near mint lightly used shape, with NOS #967/2 cutter.
