Product Description
The 963 C is an upgraded Pro version of the much more common VAR 33 cutter. It has an upgraded handle system and includes fitments for 1 inch, 1 1/8", & 1 1/4". Used to accurately mill the fork crown/steer tube junction for fitting the bottom headset bearing race. It's tension nuts/springs can be used for steerer threading with a different cutter.

Near mint lightly used shape, with NOS sealed #967/2 cutter.
