Product Description
The discontinued & rare Tune King (front) & Kong (rear) hubs are top shelf no expenses spared boutique upgrade components made in Germany—they retail for a lofty $750 for the pair. These are what weight weenies splurge on to match their Lightweight Meilenstein or top level ENVE / ZIPP rims to build superbikes. The front 15QR disc hub was 113g and the 142x12 rear came in at just 210g. This is nearly 100g lighter than the DT Swiss 240! This one has a SRAM/Shimano HG 10/11 speed freehub body, though Tune sells XD/XDR & Microspline bodies that are convertible with the Kong.
Condition
Near Mint or better very lightly used shape! Buttery smooth bearings. Spoke hole wear is mostly just ano wear. Only a few tiny inconsequential cosmetic blemishes.
