Product Description
This mid 1980's Superbe Pro rear derailleur is considered one of the best friction derailleurs ever! It's super smooth and quiet, and reliable to no end. Plus, it looks great! It may not have the prestige of a Campy Super Record, but it outperforms both Campagnolo and Dura Ace by a long shot. This 1983-1986 derailleur is similar to the famous Cyclone MK-2, but even lighter. The Superbe version of this is labeled RD-5300.
Condition:
Great used shape. It is buttery smooth and has zero slop in the springs and pivots, pulleys look like fairly low miles. Decal looks great. Faceplate has some scratching, lower left knuckle scraped. The outer cage plate by the lower cage has some gouges from the chain likely
