Product Description
This derailleur was fairly similar to the Le Cyclo & Cyclo standard rear derailleurs, consisting largely of a cage with two pulleys, a bell crank, and a chainstay clamp. According to Velobase this version is called "Monobloc" which I could guess refers to the chainstay bracket being made from a single block of steel (though Velobase isn't always right). This is a 3 speed version, as indicated by 3V (V being "Vitesses" which translates to speeds). Shifter has "Le Simplex" plate.
Condition
Excellent used shape. Smooth pulleys. Some finish wear but no significant rust
