Rare rear Salsa Flip-Offs ti quick release skewer. This 1990's version differs from the modern ones with its contoured lever face, lack of a decal on the lever, & black spacer pieces vs the modern's silver. Maybe this is the last piece to finish your retro mtb restoration?
Condition
Excellent lightly used shape. The cam end has a bit of scuffing, but fairly clean otherwise
