Lovely earlier seatpost binder clamp. Origins/make are unknown, but it came from a collection of 1930's to 1960's parts (primarily English and French but some Italian)
Condition
Excellent or better lightly used shape. This looks a lot better in person than in photos, as the very beginnings of pitting and patina it sports were accentuated in the pics. Show bike worthy for some, especially if you refinish or replace the nut.
