Product Description
These are something unique. At first glance its a road/mtb thread-on freewheel Phil Wood Classic hubset which already shouldn't exist...but then you notice the non-driveside flange of the rear hub matches the front flanges at 75mm & driveside is smaller at 66mm. The vintage 1970's "Hi-Lo" hubs had a wildly differing flange size, with one a full size high flange and the other a standard low flange. I'm assuming this is some sort of custom hubset or a prototype. The spacing is currently at 130mm making ideal for a retro-mod build or vintage 1980's mountain bike. Or swap in whatever axle ends you want to fit 120mm/126mm/135mm
Condition
Excellent to near mint lightly used shape. Polish looks wonderful with just a touch of patina in spots. Front bearings are perfect. Rear bearings are a bit rough/dry but useable.
