Product Description
These bizarre looking pedals came out in the mid 70's. They were named the California Highway Patrol pedals, because the men in blue of California forced them to put big gawdy reflectors on each side (or something along those lines). They're known to be extremely comfortable long distance pedals, and will definitely draw some questions from fellow riders.
Condition
Good used condition. They're not perfect, but still useable. The right pedal bearings are smooth and well adjusted, but a bit dry. The left pedal spins super smooth but has a slight amount of play. The lower outside edge of each pedal has been bent in, when the pedals contacted the ground during a sharp turn. This is akin to having scraped up dust caps on a Campagnolo or other quill style pedal. This should not affect function or safety. Some marks on surface.
