Product Description
Second gen version of Paul Love Levers from the early to mid 2000's or so (correct me if my dates are off). The package says compact, but these appear to be the 3-finger "2.5" version. These were the first to gain the more curvy figure the Love Lever's hold today, a shift away from the 1st Gen Love Lever's boxy feel. They have "Hollow Lite" oversized pivot pins, much larger than the current production's adjustable sealed bearing pivots. The barrel adjusters retain the more traditional "round" profile but now have thin "discs" as the touchpoints (modern has multi-lobed barrels). Most obviously, these were the last generation to come from the factory in two-tone colors! These are one of the best period correct upgrades for your XTR BR-M952 v-brakes
Condition
Near mint or better barely ridden shape, LOW miles. Zero fading. Just barely a mark in the anodizing. The rear lever blade's tip has the slightest little scrapes on the lower tip, and there's one or two few tiny ano marks elsewhere on the blade's forward edges. Show bike worthy for all but the cleanest NOS show bikes.
