Product Description
Extremely rare and even more invaluble tool. These are invaluable time savers, and they can save your frame/seatpost too! Got a frame that needs to be mounted in a repair stand that doesn't have a seatpost? Or maybe your bike's seatpost has fragile decals or is filled with accessories.
Clamping directly to freshly painted or ultra thin-walled frame tubing can cause inadvertent damage. The ISC-4 securely holds most bikes without clamping on any frame tube. To use, simply insert the ISC-4 into the frame’s seat tube, tighten the knob, and clamp into any Repair Stand. The ISC-4’s hex-shaped shaft resists twisting while clamped in the stand. Works with a huge range of seat tube sizes—anything with an inside diameter of 24mm to 32mm.
Condition
Near mint lightly used shape with minimal wear. All parts move smoothly. Inconsequentially, one of the blades is missing it's top tab. I have used this one a lot (it was my second stand tool) and I never even noticed the missing tab while in use. The tab's only real purpose in isolation is to help hold the blades in place, and the blades are perfectly in place even missing one. It would be pretty easy to make a fix for this, whether a new blade 3D printed or maybe just a piece of metal/plastic carved into the right shape.
