Long out of production and absurdly rare to come by, but very useful tool. This is used to bend the headtube back after a front end collision. This could save a repair shop or frame builder some serious time and headache or make your beloved steel bike rideable again.
Condition
Excellent used condition. Only cosmetic wear, functions perfectly. No tears in rubber covering on hooks/handle, just a bit of general wear. Screws and threads turn easily. All pieces present.
