Base level Deluxe model with the addition of rebound adjustment from ~1996-1998. These came stock on many early full suspension mountain bikes, such as the Gary Fisher Joshua & Level Betty, Specialized FSR, Schwinn Homegrown.
New old stock, never mounted. Perfect or very close to perfect.
