Massively huge French chainring from the 1980's likely. How many riders can push a 68 tooth? And why? It sure would be a great challenge though, throw it on a bike and see if your buddies can ride it! Or, throw it in your bike display to draw attention to the freakish ring.

Looks like a new old stock take off, though it could be brand new and just has a touch of shop wear.
