Like most from this series, this is a rapidrise or low-normal model. This means when the shift cable has no tension, you will be in the largest cog. Puttting tension on the cable moves the derailleur into smaller cogs.
Condition:
New old stock, take off with just a test ride. The pulleys, back of outer cage, and inside of parallelogram show zero signs of use. There is the faintest rub mark on the lower edge of the face and a couple tiny scratches on the face.
