Product Description
These little plugs were made for quill stems that had a little port hole in the rear facing part of the extension to make for a more polished appearance. The color matches the medium dark red the cutouts on these stems were painted from the factory.
They were made specifically for the Milremo, Phillipe, and Atax stems, specifically Sport / Grand Sport models that were used heavily on English and French racing / touring bikes in the 1960's and 1970's. They can likely be made to fit most stems with a similar oval shaped hole, with a little shaving of the plastic or shimming if the fit isn't perfect.

New old stock! They came to me in an oem bulk Andre Bertin bag (who was part of the Ron Kitching business who distributed these stems)
