This mid 2000's drop bar from 3T was their anatomic ultra-stiff mid range model. The "XL" means its a 31.8mm OS clamp size, in an era the industry standard was slowly changing from 26.0mm to 31.8mm.
Note that the head on photo I'm using is of our 42cm bar and the one you're ordering matches the description & closeup pic
