Product Description
These are the legendary recreation of Campagnolo C-Record Sheriff Star hubs from the 2009, in their iconic lunch box collector's tin! The Ticino line as a whole was very inspired by the early randonneur and path bike componentry, theres no mistaking that these are a very close near-clone of the Campy hubs. The center shells are a dead ringer. The flanges are just about the same shape, though the Campy's are more finely filed down into a pointy star.
These hubs feature ultra smooth ceramic bearings, stainless steel axle/hardware, and a rear spacing that's adjustable between 120mm and 135mm.
In 2009 Electra released the short-lasting Ticino line of bicycles and components, inspired by 1940's and 1950's European touring and randonneur bikes. On the bike side the Ticino 20D was the top of the line model. It was an upright design with a fillet brazed steel frame and French inspired components.
Condition
New old stock in collectors lunchbox. The hubs have never been laced, and are as close to pristine as can be. I don't see any marks more than what you'd expect to see when they were brand new years ago. Bearings are perfect. Outside of lunchbox is a bit beat up.
