Cinelli's aero styled alloy quill stem, circa 1980's to mid 1990's.
Condition
New old stock in retail box. Factory sealed bag contains bar clamp bolt and 5 colored bar clamp spacers shims. The stem has never been installed on a bike, but a handlebar was installed into it once to test (thus the ano mark inside the clamp)
