This is one luxurious headset! Cane Creek made just 500 of these back in 2009. The prolific headset company raised $26,000 for the World Bicycle Relief through the sales. The headset is made of high-spec LDX 2101 stainless steel, and features delicately laser engraved renditions of the art of headset design engineer Jim Morrison. This piece of artwork in component form comes in a lovely Western Cedar box. The box and headset are both marked "29 of 500".
This would make a lovely gift for the hard to shop for bikey person in your life! It's equally classy as an art collectible for display, or installed on your favorite show bike.
Condition
Brand new. Headset lived its whole life in it's wooden box, and is absolutely pristine. Includes owners manual.
