Product Description
Made only from 1985-1987, the no flute Campy Super Record crankset is rather rare. C-Record had taken over popularity by then, and Campy continued selling their classic NR/SR until their stock ran out. They were making some of these parts a bit differently than the earlier versions, this crank being among the more dramatically changed parts. This model differs from earlier SR cranks in four ways; 1) there isn't fluting on the arms 2) the logo is laser etched (some were engraved, mostly 86/87), and 3) the material around the tapers have been beefed up to address cracking issues the earlier fluted models had 4) dust caps are the same ones issued with similar era Chorus/Croce D'Aune
