Product Description
This is a USA built San Andreas full suspension frame. The San Andreas was released in 1989 from a motocross designer, and was a radical platform and revolutionary for it's time. It's ranked as one of the most prolific early full suspension bikes, and was used as both an XC race bike in 4.5" travel (bottom holes) and DH or Super-D purposes in it's 6" mode (top holes)
This frame was built in Portland, sometime after the Kinesis buyout in 2001 (via stamp on BB shell). It includes the impossible to source cable guide hangers, and a period-correct Cane Creek Cloud 9 rear shock
Condition
Great used shape. The only real wear spots are both on the drive-side, one area from chain drop wear to the front of the BB, the other just rearward of the furthest rear cable guide. This one is a paint scrape with a very shallow/small dent (not a structural issue). Otherwise, just standard light marks. Decals are near mint. Shock works great with no leaks. Pivots appear smooth.
