Mercian fanatics rejoice! This is a shop sign that hung in a UK bike shop in the 1960's and 1970's (story I was told by the previous owner). It's wooden with nicely beveled edges, has it's original paint with a lovely patina and that "aged white" color! It has Hang it in your bike shop, above your mantle, or with your Mercian King of Mercia or Vincitore! Truly one of a kind, likely another just like it does not exist.
Condition
Excellent previously displayed shape. NO rotting or damage to the wood. Paint and edge stain has patina throughout, but it looks very nice! Wood is flat and not warped.
