Product Description
This gorgeous original headbadge was the second version of Hetchin's badges, the first being a brass one. This one is made from Mazak alloy, and was used from the early 1940's all the way through the 60's. They had various levels of enamel, some with fully painted backgrounds and some with just highlights of color. This would have come on a wide variety of models from these decades, including but not limited to the Nulli Secundus, Magnum Opus, Magnum Bonum, Experto Credo, Vade Mechum, etc
Condition
The top rivet hole looks just slightly out of round so it was likely mounted...But it is very clean. My first thought was it was a pre-production badge that never got painted, which it still could be. Very minimal cosmetic wear
