Product Description
This is the 2nd version of the cable lever operated MK-7 front derailleur that ran from 1957-1969. It's cage has the oval logo just like the rod operated derailleurs of the 40's and 50's, where the 1st type had BENELUX spelled out across it. It also has the clamp plate filled with red where the 1st type did not have fill.
Condition
Near mint mostly show worthy condition with low miles. Cage face is near perfect. Clamp piece looks great, though some of the fill has worn off. Most hardware is in lovely shape with just a touch of corrosion or dirt here and there that could be cleaned better.
