Product Description
Lesser known version of the XA stem, the XE released in 1996/1997 when Cinelli made the switch from 26.4mm to 26.0mm. Aside from the clamp size difference, it also has a wedge expander instead of the usual cone expander and a decal on the clamp vs a recessed insert.
