Vintage 3 hole NR front mech from the 1980's, in clamp on format for your classic steel road bike.
Condition
Quite clean overall with minimal wear, though the cage screw was overtightened at some point and the chrome has cracks around it (not in the cage plate itself, just the chrome plating)
