Product Description
This is a tougher to find early version of the Nuovo Record headset. The locknut and crown race on the 1960's to mid 1970s headsets had smaller font and the locknut had long dashes between words. In 1970 through the mid 70's the cups had <C> engraved, and somewhere during that period the locknut and crown race changed to the late version with larger font and no dashes.
Condition
Excellent or better lightly used shape. Cups/races in great shape. Minimal marks on the cups, wrench flats, or top nut. Could definitely be cleaned up better. This one's just shy of being show bike worthy.
