Rare early example of a Campy quick release seat binder. This is the pre-CSPS "flat" blade, that has been bent into a curve at the factory.
These seatpost binder QRs never got official gruppo designations, but this one is styled in the way of the early "sport" and Tipo QR skewers.
Condition
Near mint with very minimal wear except on the shaft and the nut's side knurling.
