Product Description
This rare stem was displayed on a show bike, and was never ridden. This Ahead version of Doug Bradbury's heavily milled out and boxy stem was produced in fairly low numbers right after the rights to the Manitou name were bought by Answer (roughly 1993-1996 production?). It came only in 120mm and 140mm, and 1" & 1 1/8" only. Cool finishing touch for your early to mid 1990's retro mountain bike or that late generation Manitou FS.
Condition
Mint, mounted but never ridden. It's only wear is the slightest scuff at the forward-most spot on the bar clamp. No decal wear. As clean as if it were NOS. Good enough for any show bike.
