Product Description
This piece of cycling history is Nitto's first ever stem, circa Sometime in the 1960's to mid 1970's! Officially it's the Nitto Dynamic I, and is drastically different from the 1980's & later Dynamic II. It is a very close clone of the Ambrosio Champion. This cloning was apparently Nitto's thing early on, as their next model the Hi-Crown was very similar to the 1930's Reynolds Girder stem or 1950's GB I-Beam stem. The Dynamic 1 is most known for being the stock OEM stem on the early 1970's Fuji Finest. These are very seldom seen not already on a Finest.
Condition
Near mint lightly used shape. There's insertion marks down low, and a touch of wear on top of the extension behind the quill bolt. Minor marks only elsewhere. Hardware is in wonderful shape, no rust and hardly any wrench marks. Show bike worthy for some.
