Product Description
Uber rare set of cx chainrings, handmade in the Massachusetts workshop of custom frame builder Mike Zanconato! These were attention getters in the 2010/2011 Interbike & NAHBS circuits. They represent a small niche of American made small batch top level chainrings, among the ranks with famous rings such as Boone Engagement rings from the 1990's. These rings are hard anodized in a matte bronze/gold color, and feature the bold and wild Zanc "Z" logo. They're great for cyclocross racing, as well as randonneur/gravel bikes. When new, these were VERY expensive.
Condition
Excellent used shape. The teeth show very minimal wear. The hard anodizing has worn off on parts of the teeth and discolored in other spots (yes, just like old Mavic hard anodized rims did). The area between the teeth are very clean and still have all their ano, further indicating low miles.
