Basic raw steel light mount for. This is an antique-style lamp mounting bracket, for lanterns that mount on a bicycle's fork. These were common on British bikes from the 1930's, 40's, and 50's as well as some French Randonneur bikes. Typically these are found on the right fork leg, for countries where cars drive on the left side of the road.
