Rare 1990's time trial / triathlon seat adjusting gizmo! This allows you to shift the seat position forward by pulling a lever, putting you in optimal aero position to ride on the aero bars and then shift back to ride on the drops/hoods. There is a modernized but more limited range seatpost with similar function called the Red Shift Dual Position Seatpost. It only has two positions while this Seat Shifter has a free range, it's not indexed.
This functions with most single bolt seatposts, where the bolt mounts at the bottom. Just place this instead of the seatpost's clamp pieces and bolt it on.
