NIB/NOS PowerCranks X-Lite Crankset: 130mm - Adjustable Length - Square Taper (Missing Pedal Thread Inserts)
These unique cranks are a high dollar training tool, that claims to improve your pedal stroke and increase power. A clutch allow each crank arm to operate fully independently, so both arms can freewheel backwards on their own and your downward leg can't help the upward one during a pedal stroke. It's solely up to you to keep your feet moving in circles and the two crank arms in alignment. In other words, if you are pedaling in a circle, the cranks will go in a circle. If you are not (most of us are not), then you'll have a hell of a time keeping the crank arms spinning at the same rate and alignment as each other.
The crank arm length is adjustable from 165mm to 182.5mm. These have also been used by physical therapists to train individual legs or use different lengths for each leg.
This is the "Power Cranks X-Lite version, which has the arms milled out for weight savings and cool looks. It retailed for $1200
Condition
New in box and mint, but missing the pedal thread inserts. You'll need to source those to use the cranks.
