Product Description
This rare crank is identified as a 1st generation Chorus crank (vs a Chorus RS, Croce d' Aune or Athena) by it's gently curving crank arms, as well as a prominent raised flat section around the flat dust caps. All others of this style had flat arm fronts and less prominent around the dustcap area with convex dust caps. These arms are dated 1988, with a date code 41 in a rectangle
Condition
New old stock in retail box! Never mounted, but the finish on the arms has what looks like very faint water spots. Not sure what the cause actually is, but it would likely polish out easily. There's one pinpoint mark on the non-driveside arm end. Very close to pristine otherwise.
