Product Description
This is a team issued Specialized SL Skinsuit / Speedsuit worn by Ned Overend. I bought this skinsuit from Ned himself at the Durango Devo Bike Swap. It's a true pro team version, evidenced by the sponsor logos on the back of the jerseys (the SL Team color is available for purchase to consumers through Specialized, but it does not have any sponsor logos). Sponsors include Roval, Retul, Ceramicspeed, & Supacaz.
The Specialized SL speedsuit was their flagship model, until the Pro SL replaced it in the last few years. It features shorts for the legs, and long sleeves up top. This is the lightweight summer version. It's intended as a skin tight fit, and the sleeves act as sun sleeves. High tech fabric wicks amazingly well, and feels like air conditioning once you start sweating.
Condition
Nearly new, worn in just a race or two. There are a few VERY light dirt (not grease) marks on the white, that I have not tried to wash out. A couple stitches are loose. Otherwise, perfect. No wear visible on the sit bones or inside of chamois. The color is very white (the color photographed inconsistently with light reflecting off the red)
