Hard to find Japanese track chain from Izumi! From their old website, the chain is described as "made from chromium-molybdenum steel to give it excellent strength and durability. Full bushings support precision rollers. Certified for professional keirin use, and includes NJS approved masterlink." You'll note that there's no NJS stamps though. To my eyes it is aesthetically identical to the more common Izumi Model V Super Toughness.
