Product Description
Handbuilt stem from master framebuilder Glenn Erickson, circa 1980's or 1990. It has a glowing metallic purple paint job.
Glenn started building bikes along with Angel Rodriguez (of Rodriguez Cycles) in 1973 when they formed A+E Cycles in Seattle. Glenn left A+E in the early 1980's and struck out on his own. He is most known for his elaborately shaped lugs, though clearly he was a master of fillet brazing as well.
Condition
Near mint or better lightly used shape. The only real wear to note is a small chip in the center of one side, and a few tiny chips on the clamp edges. Otherwise very minimal wear.
