Product Description
This bag has a story to tell and the patina to back it up. This was Tony Pereira of Breadwinner Cycles personal bag which he toured extensively with. It comes with the buttons Tony put on it, including Ninkasi Brewing and Randonneurs USA Populaire (RUSA).
The GB2586 is a upgraded version of the GB25 which uses elastic bungees to close all pockets. Included is a yellow Berthoud rain cover for the bag and a bonus Brooks saddle rain cover.
Condition
This one has patina for days, but the only serious wear issue is the large front pocket's leather strap is broken and the other pocket straps are pretty dry/worn. The rack tombstone strap is in slightly better shape and probably has some life left in it (though it's easy to replace if you want to be safe). No holes/tears/cuts. The canvas is in wonderful condition, and the leather (aside from the straps) is in great shape with that mottled varied age darkening throughout. If you can replace the straps or don't mind roughing it with a clothes pin or creative Voile strap usage
