This is a custom ordered Salsa road bike stem from the 1990's, as the shortest production models were 70mm (source; Salsa catalogs). This one has just the slightest rise. Maybe 5 degree or even less
Condition:
Excellent or better lightly used shape. No real physical wear or even paint chips, but there's some slight paint marks.
