Product Description
The Victory and sister group Triomphe were released in 1984 alongside the more modern C-Record parts as a "heritage" group for people who still wanted the classic era aesthetics. This is 1st gen version of the Victory rear derailleur, from 1985. It is exactly the same as the 1984, but has a nyloc insert under the limit screws to keep them in place. In 1986 the Victory S3 was released, which first gained Campy inscriptions on the pivot bolts then a Campy script decal replaced the engraved shield logo.
The Victory is virtually identical to the Triomphe, the biggest differences being this Victory has recessed pivot bolts vs the Triomphe's larger/not recessed bolts and the Triomphe lack's the Victory's 3-position B-pivot insert.
